I am sending this newsletter out to try and hit the highlights of items that have crossed my desk in the last month or so since AM&EC. I am positive that no matter how hard I tried I missed an item or two, so please go easy on me – remember I’m a newbie at this. Any suggestions, comments, words of wisdom you’d like to impart I’d like to receive them so please send them over. Additionally, you’ll note that this says Q1. While I have good intentions of trying to get these out more frequently I can’t promise I will, but I am striving to make it quarterly (at a minimum).
If you have good news you’d like to spread please send it my way so that I may share it with the region. For example, I hear there are a few ladies taking NEF exams and I’ll be excited to include them in a future newsletter when their successes become official. Also, because it’s difficult for me to know what’s “new & exciting” in each of your areas, I’d love to hear of any BIG jobs, awards, creative approaches that the industry may have happening close to you. Please send me a few sentences, a paragraph, a photo or an article or link that I might be able to share with the region.
